What happens after you share your referral
1. Your friend clicks your link
They'll be taken straight to Curely, with your referral automatically linked to their account.
2. They complete the online consultation
They choose their treatment, complete the consultation and add their order to the basket.
3. They use their £25 Curely Credit at checkout
Their £25 referral credit is ready to redeem at checkout before they place their order.
4. You receive £25 Curely Credit
Once their order has been clinically approved and dispatched, we'll add £25 Curely Credit to your account.
Using your Curely Credit
There are lots of ways to build your Curely Credit balance, and referring a friend is just one of them. You can view your available balance at any time from your Curely Members Area.
Check your balance
Visit Members Area → Curely Credit to see how much Curely Credit you have available.
Use it on any order
Your Curely Credit can be applied to eligible orders placed through the website. Simply choose how much credit you want to use at checkout.
Use it on subscription orders too
You can also apply Curely Credit to future subscription payments. Go to Members Area → Subscriptions, select your subscription and choose how much credit you'd like to apply.
Any credit you don't use stays in your account, ready for your next order.

Frequently asked questions
Within 24 hours of your friend’s first order being dispensed from our pharmacy, not when they place it. The gap covers the clinical review, which can take a day or so.
As many as you like. There is no cap on referrals or on the credit you can build up — each friend who orders through your link earns you another £25.
In your Curely account under Account → Credit. Every £25 is listed with the friend who triggered it, so you can see exactly where your balance came from.
If they have already placed their first order, no — the referral has to be attached before checkout. If they have signed up but not ordered yet, get in touch and we will look at the account before it is too late.
Yes, as long as they are 18 or over and setting up their own Curely account with their own details. What we cannot accept is a second account for someone who is already a patient with us.
It stays on your account. Credit is not tied to a plan, so it will be waiting the next time you order — treatment, pharmacy items or a plan you restart later.
